Dearest Silvio and Franca,
I am so profoundly sad to hear of Dolly's passing. Dolly and Silvio were such good friends to my parents and part of a generation that paved the path for the Trentini in the United States. We owe a great debt to them. She is with Victor now, for whom I held great affection. Our youngest daughter is named after him and my Grandfather.
Silvio, the Facinelli family wishes you peace at this sad time, and all God's blessings. The loss of Dolly will be a such a void in your life. May you find comfort in your family and friends.
Franca, the loss of a mother is one of the hardest burdens a child has to bear. May you find comfort in your memories of her as you are surrounded by your loved ones.
Know that we are with you in spirit at this sad time. Unfortunately I am in New Orleans, where I now live most of the time, and regret we will not be able to be in NY for the services.
