I came across The Butt'ry business card from the 90s and was hoping to reach out to Draga. My mom and I used to go to The Butt'ry often and have such nice memories of Draga there. Our deepest condolences to Draga's family.
Draga was a very kind lady. She lived across the street from me and I always saw her outside while walking my dog. She always smiled and said hello. My condolences to her family.
I am the pastor of Madison Avenue Baptist Church next to the Roger Hotel where Draga worked. The apartment for the pastor is in the hotel and through that connection, I got to know Draga. I just heard about the tragic hit and run and am devastated. What a lovely, joyful spirit she shared. This Sunday we are saying special prayers for Draga and her family. Draga was a beautiful, kind and generous woman - a wonderful neighbor to my parents. I know Alois greeted Draga at the heavenly gate. They will look down together and enjoy the gardens from above. My heart breaks for both of you.
