I did not know Lillian that well having only met her a few times over the course of the years.I am however a close friend of Rose Marie Herman a person who cherished Lillian The last time I saw her was 2 years ago she was a guest at the mass at Sacred Heart In Bayside celebrating 25 years of marriage to my wife Judy as always Lillian was a vision of beauty Rose always told me that was her way.I was glad to hear that the funeral mass is at St Matthias.Having being born in Ridgewood and spending the first 35 years of my life there I can understand why.
